For aerobic exercise, he used ellipticals 5-6 times a week for 30 minutes or more. Aerobic exercise should be continued for more than 30 minutes to have a great weight loss effect. As stress continues, the hormones that cause hunger increase. One of these is glucocorticoids. Elevated levels make the body more attracted to sweet, salty, and fatty foods.
Mike Pompeo was able to lose mass in a short period of time thanks to stress relief, continuous aerobic exercise and muscle strengthening, and maintaining a low-carb, high-protein diet.
