From Incheon International Airport to Seoul Station

      2. Basically, the most convenient way is taxi, but taxi is the most expensive. If you want to lower your travel budget, choose between the bus and the Airport Railroad (subway).

      1. Bus
        1. Take the N6001 bus from the first floor bus stop of Incheon. International Airport T1.
        2. The fare for this bus is 9,000 won.
        3. This bus departs about every 80 minutes.
        4. The time required to reach the destination is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
        5. The recommended time for this bus is 00:00 to 04:00.
          1. If you depart from the airport by bus at any other time, you must choose a different bus. However, it is not recommended for tourists because it requires at least one transfer on the way to Seoul Station.
          2. Therefore, if departing from the airport at any other time, Airport Railroad (Subway) is recommended.
      2. Airport Railroad (Subway)
        1. Walk to the exit 3 of Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 Station.
        2. Take the Airport Railroad to Seoul Station.
        3. Moves 12 stations.
        4. Get off at Seoul Station.
        5. Airport Railroad departs approximately every 5 minutes.
        6. Airport Railroad is 4,150 won.
        7. The time required is approximately 1 hour and 1 minute.
        8. The recommended time for Airport Railroad is 04:00 to 00:00.
          1. The Airport Railway does not operate at midnight.
          2. Use the N6001 bus or taxi at other times.
      3. Taxi
        1. The mileage is approximately 60 km.
        2. Taxi fares are estimated at 50,000 won to 60,000 won including highway tolls.
          1. The minimum basic fare for Seoul taxis is currently 3,000 won. From 2019, the minimum basic fare for Seoul taxi may increase to 4,000 won.
        3. It is not common to pay a driver a tip when using a taxi in Seoul.
    3. Notes
      1. You can not use overseas based ridesharing services like Uber in Seoul. Local ridesharing services are also difficult for foreigners to use.
